Sometimes the chaos in life isn’t random, but instead it’s a nervous system that hasn’t been heard in a while

When we ignore the QUIET signals
•fatigue
•body tension
•frustration or short fuse
•sickness or ailments
•that subtle “something’s off” feeling
our subconscious and body turn up the volume🗣️

And if we stay in this tight, tense, numb, and often unaware state, our life starts to fall out of sorts too, because our life responds to our energy. #faxxxx

This is how those once small misalignments become full life detours

This is when we catch ourselves in a moment of stillness and go “how did I get HERE?”

(My favorite of these moments is when I had a drunk panic attack at my red lobster serving job😭💀 story for another day CRIPES)

This feeling and/or experience of chaos is not to punish us, but reflect to us that we are falling out of our personal alignment. It’s just a mirror.

(It’s neutral and requires NO shame to address❤️)

Practices like breathwork give the body somewhere to speak before it has to scream or create chaos❤️

A few minutes (okay it’s 40) of intentional mind-state-shifting breath will
•discharge tension
•regulate the nervous system
•bring you to calm, safety, and presence
•bring you back to your soul and center
•clarify actions
•bring deep spiritual insight
•fill your cup

so that life doesn’t have to create chaos just to get you to listen.

That’s why I’m such a believer in a regular practice.
Not just when things fall apart… but so they don’t have to.

You don’t need an everyday practice, just give me one day a month to change the way you move through your life completely. ❤️‍🔥

My first 4 (and 5 & 6?!) leaf clover is the cutest story😭

I have looked for a four leaf clover my ENTIRE life.

I’ve asked to find one as a sign, I’ve scoured clover beds (one time for over an hour), I’ve asked over and over to PLEASE SEND ME A 4 LEAF FLOVER LIKE COME ON

Well…

The other day after some intense EMDR, I went outside to spray weeds and just process. I found a clover patch on the side of my house and asked again “show me a 4 leaf clover!” Andddd… to no avail. :(

I moved on from the clover bed and had the thought “it’s not ‘send it to me’, it’s ‘help me see it’”

I had this distinct knowing/ remembering that all I want and need is already all around me, unfolding perfectly.❤️ I am so loved and provided for!! It’s just about adjusting my lens to let the things into my life that I’m seeking.

Now, I know it’s not THAT simple and ‘easier said than done’… but boy do I know how to over complicate and be skeptical. so I said “okay. Help me to SEE THE 4 leaf clover”

IMMEDIATELY, I see two interesting clovers - I pluck the 5 and 6 leaf clover and 🤨🤨 I wonder if this happens often and look across the clover bed again and can’t find another of either?! I say

“Okay I love these special clovers and am hearing the message that sometimes what spirit has for me is even cooler than what I thought I wanted! But I still would really love to see that 4 leaf clover. Help me see it.”

WITHIN SECONDS. She is there in all her glory😭

I love her so much and will carry her message with me for a long time, if not forever-

PRAYER: Help me to adjust my lens and see the opportunities and things I need, to move into what it is I want to experience and create

not “send it to me”

Because it’s already there.❤️

Needing to feel aligned to take action

because for most of your life, you had to do the “right” thing, no matter how it felt.

so it is a beautiful honor to be able to lean into what feels good and aligned to YOU. I don’t want you to lose that.

However…..

The risk of moving only in “aligned inspiration” is a very subtle bypassing.

You avoid friction.
You avoid the ordinary.
You avoid being seen imperfectly.

and I could expound on why those things are important… But you already know.

Why?? Because they haven’t been taught that emotion is wrong. They allow it! And the emotion moves. It doesn’t mean anything about them or their identity.

Breathwork gives the body a safe place to feel without spiraling into story & getting stuck in the chaos.

This isn’t a reason to disconnect- it’s an invitation to take a beat, and to feel safe enough to not things personally❤️

Other people are not experiencing you objectively:

They’re experiencing their nervous system, their history, their beliefs… all being activated in your presence.👀 (iconic tho💅)

When we remember this, we don’t have to analyze everything they say or do through a selfish lens: Why are they telling me this? What does this mean about me? How do I need to respond to be valuable or protect myself?

We can stay rooted in ourselves while allowing others to have their experience.

We aren’t experiencing other people objectively:

We are activating things in them- just like they activate things in us. & while I love the drama of having a villain, there are no real villains.
There are only mirrors- showing us what’s alive in us, and what is ours to feel, heal, and take responsibility for.

When we stop making other people’s stories and nervous systems our responsibility, something softens.

We move through the world more regulated, more honest, and less burdened.

We become more available for real connection because we’re less afraid of someone else’s words or reactions defining our worth❤️

Most importantly, this ideology allows us to give ourselves and others grace when we fall into the human stories & so take things personally, because we’re ✨human✨

This container will be a place to come explore topics relating to excavating ourselves and monthly Breathwork to return within and integrate.

This will be a place where people come to love on and be loved on by others going through different experiences tied together by a common theme.

I’m so excited and deeply honored to get to be the containment keeper of this space.

It will be launched early next year❤️
