Unlike therapy, which focuses on healing the past, coaching is centered on the present and future — helping you move forward with intention.

    Of course, we can’t talk about the present and future without discussing beliefs, filters, and stories — just like in therapy, you don’t dig into the past without the context of how the present has been affected by it. This is future-focused, but not a place where you can’t share your story.

    As a self-discovery, value-based coach, I don’t tell you what to do. Instead, I help you practice tuning into yourself, uncover your core values, and align your decisions with what truly matters to you. I’m here to be a mirror and a professional question-asker with a few tools to give you for your journey.

    Life coaching is different — it’s a partnership focused on clarity, accountability, and growth. Rather than giving advice, I ask powerful questions that help you discover your own answers and build habits that support long-term change.

    In coaching, you’re not being “fixed.” You’re being guided to find your truth and step into leadership and stewardship of your own life.

  • Every coaching session is tailored to you. We’ll begin with a baseline, exploring your goals or challenges, and dive deeper into what’s behind them — whether it’s a mindset pattern, a boundary, or an area of misalignment.

    We’ll then co-create small, doable action steps to help you move forward. I integrate tools from content pillars, breathwork, emotional awareness, and mindset coaching to help you connect your body, intuition, and logic in a grounded way.

    Coaching should feel like it’s pushing you into your edges, but never over the edge. I will offer content, thoughts, regulation practices, etc., but they are all in response to what you are telling and showing me you need right now.

There is a natural boundary we have with new people, especially when it comes to sharing what feels sacred — I don’t take that lightly and want to bring gardening tools to your garden: to help you pull weeds, keep what you love, and plant new flowers. I don’t want to excavate your whole landscape in the name of meeting your intention faster.

    As cheesy as it is — “Life’s not about the destination, but the journey” — is a powerful ideology to take into coaching, therapy, and all healing work.

  • Yes! I offer virtual life coaching sessions via Zoom so you can join from anywhere.
     

    Online coaching provides flexibility and comfort, allowing you to show up from your own space — whether you’re at home, traveling, or between meetings. My couch is always open too!

    All you need is a quiet space, stable internet, and an open heart (don’t we all, lol).

  • Coaching is an investment in your growth, clarity, and confidence.
     

    My session rate is $80, and while I don’t offer “packages,” I do give 5 sessions for the price of 4 if we get going into coaching and you feel you want to work through one of the 4 content pillars I teach — the 4 Steps to Confidence, the 7 Laws, the 8 Essential Coping Skills, and Creating Value-Based Cultures (value-based parenting, but I’m not a parent).

    My goal is to make sure your investment creates real results in your daily life, not just insights in the moment.

  • I’m a certified Value-Based Life Coach through Turning Leaf Wellness in St. George, UT. My background in business, mental health, somatics, and real-life applications allows me to bridge practicality with intuition — helping clients align their inner and outer worlds.
